You don't have a revenue problem.

You are not looking for a new product, a new market or a new team. You are looking for the money already moving through your business that never reaches the bank.

Time to find it30 days
What I find, minimum10x my fee
If I miss$0
Yours either wayEverything

Same clients. Same team. Same offer. Fewer leaks.

Here is where I look.

Eight stages, from the first time someone hears your name to the day they buy again. 72 places the money walks out on the way. I go through every one.

Market

  1. Nobody knows you exist
  2. Positioning that says everything and nothing
  3. Content posted when there is time, which is never
  4. No clear answer to "what do you do"
  5. Same offer as everyone else
  6. Selling to anyone who will listen
  7. No list of who you actually want to work with

Audience

  1. People who have seen you and forgotten
  2. No reason to follow
  3. No reason to come back
  4. No way to capture a name
  5. Views that never turn into a conversation

Contacts

  1. Names in a spreadsheet nobody opens
  2. Past clients never contacted again
  3. Referrals never logged
  4. Network never asked for anything
  5. Old conversations never reopened
  6. Contacts with no owner and no next action

Leads

  1. Not followed up within 24 hours
  2. Follow-up that stops after two touches
  3. Qualified by gut feel
  4. Inbound forms nobody checks
  5. No status in the CRM
  6. Discovery calls with no agenda
  7. Discovery calls with no next step booked

Opportunities

  1. Proposals sent a week late
  2. Proposals with no deadline
  3. Priced on cost, not value
  4. Discounts given to close
  5. Scope agreed verbally
  6. Deals stalled at "thinking about it"
  7. Deals lost to silence
  8. Contracts unsigned for weeks
  9. Payment terms never negotiated
  10. Deposit not collected before work starts

Clients

  1. Kickoff delayed because the team was not briefed
  2. Client repeating to delivery what they told sales
  3. No start date
  4. No end date
  5. Onboarding done differently every time
  6. Scope creep done for free
  7. Change requests never written down
  8. Founder in every project and every call
  9. Founder as the only approver
  10. Work waiting on one inbox
  11. Quality checked at the end, not during
  12. Rework nobody bills for
  13. Missed milestones that push the invoice back a month
  14. Deadlines set without checking capacity
  15. Roles open for weeks while paid work waits
  16. Wrong hires kept too long
  17. Handovers that lose context
  18. Meetings that replace decisions
  19. Status updates the client has to ask for

Cash

  1. Deliverables that do not match the invoice line
  2. Invoices sent when someone remembers
  3. Invoices with no due date
  4. No reminder sequence
  5. Overdue invoices nobody chases
  6. Disputes settled by writing off the balance
  7. Retainers that drift into more work
  8. Margin per client never calculated
  9. Time never tracked, so nobody knows which clients lose money

Repeat

  1. Renewals never booked before the engagement ends
  2. Upsells never offered
  3. Testimonials never asked for
  4. Referrals never asked for
  5. Churned clients never asked why

Everywhere

  1. Processes that live in one person's head
  2. Playbooks nobody follows
  3. Tools paid for and not used
  4. Metrics nobody looks at weekly

72 leaks. On $1M, ten percent is $100K. That is about $1,400 a leak.

Think you're clean?

Most founders do. Right up to the moment they see that list with a number written next to each line.

The Teardown.

Eight stages, from the first time someone hears your name to the day they buy again.

Days 1–30
I find the leaks. Every one, with a number next to it.
Days 31–60
I fix the ones worth the most, inside your business, with your team.
Days 61–90
I lock it in so it runs without me.
Day 91
Your team runs it. You own everything. No retainer.

What you get.

  • An opportunity assessment across all 8 stages, from market to repeat businessYou see exactly where the money goes and how much.
  • The fixes installed, not recommendedI do the work inside your business, with your team. No deck, no homework.
  • Playbooks your team runs without youFollow-up, proposals, onboarding, delivery, billing, renewals. Written, tested, handed over.
  • A weekly number you actually look atOne page. Leads, pipeline, delivery, cash. Every Monday.
  • You own everythingNo retainer. No dependency on me. Day 91 it is yours.

I find 10x my fee in 30 days. Or you pay nothing.

Everything we build is yours either way. The opportunity assessment, every number in it, every leak with a price on it.

I can promise that because finding it is my job, not yours. Whether you fix it is a decision you make with the numbers already in front of you.

15 minutes. I tell you whether there is enough on the table to bother. If there isn't, I say so and we both move on.

Who this is for.

Yes

  • Founders doing $500K+ a year
  • Service, agency, consulting, B2B software
  • You are in too many deals, projects and hires
  • You want it fixed, not explained

No

  • Under $500K. Not enough leaks to matter yet
  • You want a strategy deck
  • You want someone to blame
  • You are not available 1 hour a week

Why me.

My name is Anca. I am not a consultant who read about this. I ran the machine. Two companies as founding COO, both built and scaled.

Both times the growth plan was fine. Execution is what broke: delivery that only worked when I was in the room, sales that ran on my network, roles open for weeks while paid work waited.

I didn't read those 72 lines somewhere. I wrote them down as they cost me money. Now I fix them in yours.

Before you ask.

Have you done this for other companies?

I've done it twice in my own, with my own money at risk, as founding COO. I am not going to tell you I have done it fifty times for other people. That is what the guarantee is for. I carry the risk while I build that list.

What if I would have found the money anyway?

You have had it the whole time. You haven't.

How much of my time does this take?

One hour a week. If you can't give me that, don't book the call.

Will you disrupt my team?

I work with them, not around them. They keep the playbooks when I leave.

What does it cost?

Depends on the size of the business. That is what the 15 minutes are for.

You have the money already. It is leaving through 72 doors.

15 minutes. If there is nothing on the table, I tell you and we both move on.
